Palm Springs, CA - June, 2005

As the 1st Annual Taylor Woodrow San Jose Grand Prix gears up to race through the streets of famed Silicon Valley with an expected attendance crowd of more than 100,000 spectators, they have a much more important goal than the Finish Line. Raising money for the Canary Fund, a foundation in 13 countries dedicated to improving early cancer detection, is the worthy cause that benefits from this inaugural Champ Car World Series Grand Prix.

Pure and Simple, Inc. now joins this dynamic team and will be donating beautifully-designed skin care kits for all the VIP's and celebs attending the Canary Fund's Cabana Benefit Gala evening on July 29, 2005 at the San Jose Fairmont Hotel. The kits are similar to the ones celebs received this year at the Screen Actors' Guild Awards and Daytime Emmy's. Pure and Simple will also be "spraying down" race-goers all weekend with their potent water-based Collagen Solar Spray and educating people about the virtues of sun protection and skin cancer awareness. A large portion of the proceeds from Pure and Simple sales at the event will go to the Canary Fund, so everyone is a winner!

Owners Sally and John Peoples (a former professional race car driver himself, no coincidence) are thrilled to be partners in this unique racing event and look forward to building awareness about the epidemic of skin cancer and necessary precautions.
